When is the right time to come back to exercises since having a baby? Some mothers feel ready after 4 weeks and others up to 3 months. We have a workout specifically designed for postpartum recovery that allows you to bring in your baby while giving you the chance to get moving again. If you're not already a client, we do a formal physio screening postpartum to ensure that your body is ready to engage in exercise.

The classes are a mix of strength training, very gentle cardio, stretching, and mobility. They will be tailored to suit your specific needs and abilities by a qualified instructor.
