You will tone your muscles and strengthen your core day by day. Mat pilates movement will fire up your core and help you get a full-body burn. whether you are new to pilates or you are an experienced, you can follow along, taking modifications or more advanced positions where noted.
Bootybarre
Booty barre classes combine elements of ballet, yoga, pilates and dance to strengthen your muscles and get a leaner figure, all movements are designed to improve muscle stability, flexibility and balance.
Reformer Pilates
Looking for full body workout? On the reformer bed, you will tone muscles, improve flexibility and balance, and strengthen your core. We are offering 4 different type of Reformer Pilates: Complete, Stretch & Release, Cardio, Sculpt and Flow.
