Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates class - all levels welcome. Join us for a 50min, full body workout. This class is designed to help you achieve your physical goals, through realistic exercises and options to challenge your body as you progress. Work on your full body strength, flexibility, balance and mobility in our classic Reformer Pilates classes. With a maximum of only 8 clients per clients, enjoy personalised attention and feedback from your caring instructor, and modification options to cater to you if required.
Stretch & Core Reformer Pilates
Stretch & Core Reformer Pilates class - all levels welcome. This 50 minute class is specifically focussed on increasing flexibility and improving core strength. Your instructor will guide you through a variety of stretches and exercises to recover, strengthen and enhance your overall wellbeing. End your week with a deep, full body stretch and a core burn that will leave you feeling longer and stronger from the inside out.
Seniors Reformer Pilates
seniorsOur Seniors Reformer Pilates classes are designed for anybody over the age of 60 and will incorporate a vast range of movements, exercises and stretches conducted at an appropriate pace, resistance and difficulty level for this age group. As well as the benefits of improving strength, flexibility and mobility, these classes are specifically helpful in supporting bone density, joint health, posture and balance for the prevention of falls. No previous experience of fitness level required. With our small class sizes, modifications can be made for anyone with specific injuries or limitations.
Reformer Pilates (babies welcome)
babies welcomeReformer Pilates class - all levels welcome + babies are welcome. Join us for a 50min, full body workout. This class is designed to help you achieve your physical goals, through realistic exercises and options to challenge your body as you progress. Work on your full body strength, flexibility, balance and mobility in our classic Reformer Pilates classes. Please note: babies must be in a carrier/capsule, bouncer or on a play-mat. They are welcome up to the age of 8 months or before they are crawling or moving around, for safety reasons. With a maximum of only 8 clients per clients, enjoy personalised attention and feedback from your caring instructor, and modification options to cater to you if required.
