Our Studio Classes are designed for you, the individual. We are experts at developing a class based on your needs, your goals and your abilities. Studio classes are the most popular choice of our clients as they enable you to work at your own pace. Our 60-minute classes leave you feeling taller, more flexible and stronger.

Mat Classes

beginner to advanced

Mat Classes are great for an introduction to Pilates. We welcome beginners but have experience to give more advanced students opportunities to step up their workout. At Arc Pilates we design our classes to address every part of your body.

Prenatal and Postnatal Classes

Our prenatal classes will help support your body through pregnancy and empower you to have a positive birth experience. Postnatal we help you to reconnect with your body focusing on focus on pelvic floor and the upper body to rebalance the carrying and feeding postures.
