Vicalates Reformer is our signature, open level class that is what we are known and loved for. A perfect Contrology combination of classical Pilates and contemporary choreography. We hone into your technique and alignment first and foremost, before sliding you into seamless sequences. Each class has a distinct focus, whether that be a muscle group or movement pattern, offering you purposeful movement that you can sink your teeth into. The beauty lies in our lyrical cues, nurturing adjustments and thoughtfully layered flows.
Soft Glow
Recovery
Dubbed 'the class you didn't know you needed' Soft Glow was born to wind you all the way down. A dimly lit neon pink cave, essential oils wafting and a lot of feet in straps. Soft Glow is the perfect chance to explore your flow state, send some gratitude to your body and shut your eyes. Discover deep stretch sequences in amongst lots of spinal work and a meditative ending. Leave it all on the reformer and come out glowing from the inside.

Vicalates Pro is a high energy, challenge focussed class that has you reaching into the deepest elements of your practise. Perfect for when you're ready to level up, go upside down, twist, turn, fold and fuse the best of Joe's classics with some seriously delicious repertoire. Just as much of a workout for the mind as it is body, you will be able to commit your whole self to the Reformer (and the killer playlist) for 50 minutes of serious Pilates that puts your skills to the test.
