Mums & Bubs

postnatal

A safe and supportive postnatal Pilates-based class for mums (and their bubs). Designed to aid recovery, rebuild strength, and connect with community in a nurturing environment. Please bring along a small mat or blanket for your baby to rest on while you move.

Stretch & Mobility

All levels

Welcoming and fun - come as you are. This class focuses on functional mobility through full-body stretching and breath-led movement. At times relaxing, at times intense, stretching can be as mentally challenging as it is physical. Modifications are offered for all levels, so you can find the version of the practice that works for you.
