Clinical Physiotherapy Group Classes

Clinical Physiotherapy Group Classes are a specialised form of exercise devised by physiotherapists using spring-loaded equipment to improve body control, strength and balance. These sessions focus on strengthening the patients “core stability” muscles, such as the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, that act as the support system for our spine and pelvis. Classes are run by our experienced physiotherapists for up to six clients, each following their own individual program.

Baby & Mama Classes

Our Baby & Mama Classes are designed by our women’s health physiotherapists to help you regain core strength, flexibility and stability following pregnancy and childbirth while providing an opportunity to find the time to exercise with your baby. This class is suitable for mothers with infants 0-12 months and an initial assessment is essential.
