Introduction to Pilates

Designed specifically for beginners, this welcoming and supportive session will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates. You'll learn the key principles of Pilates, practise foundational exercises on both the mat and reformer, and breakdown how to safely and effectively use the reformer machine. Intro to Pilates is the required first step before attending our other scheduled classes. Open to all levels, as well as prenatal and postnatal, with medical clearance.
