Private 1:1 Reformer
In our one-on-one Reformer sessions, our experienced instructors are here to support your fitness pathway and to help you work towards your individual movement goals.
Stretch and Recover Reformer
A slower-paced, mobility focused class to build strength in your joints, release tension in your fascia and muscles and help your body to feel rejuvenated and revitalised.
Mums N Bubs Reformer
Postnatal Reformer classes designed with Mum and Bub in mind — aid post delivery recovery, support postnatal well-being and help Mums return to exercise.
