Reformer

Classic reformer Pilates - functional and unique strength training. The classes are instructor-led (no screens), with a maximum of 10 participants per group class. The group reformer classes are accessible for all experience levels, with progressions available to challenge Pilates pros! Strengthen and lengthen your body with muscle toning exercises that will leave you feeling the burn.

Matwork

Max 6

Take your Pilates journey to the next level by training without the equipment. Matwork helps you develop superior strength and co-ordination using your own body weight. This is by far the most challenging class! Instructor-led classes with a maximum of 6 participants.

Barre

Max 6

A high intensity, dance-inspired workout. Like our matwork classes, you will have your strength and co-ordination challenged - all while using the Ballet Bar for support and guidance. Instructor-led classes with a maximum of 6 participants.

Yoga

Max 6

Need to unwind or just stretch out after a long day? Or do you want to increase your flexibility and range of motion? Our Yoga classes offer a variety of modalities, from relaxation to a fast-paced workout. Instructor-led classes with a maximum of 6 participants.

Stretch & Move

Stretch and move is a great compliment to your Reformer Pilates Sessions. We will spend time lengthening into muscles and moving the body to assist with flexibility, mobility and strength.

Is Function All Pilates right for you?

Absolute beginners
All instructors are trained in delivering classes to all levels. First-timers can notify the instructor for necessary modifications. 1-on-1 orientation sessions available upon request.
Pregnant clients
Specialised pregnancy pilates classes available. Instructors trained in pregnancy modifications. Clearance from GP or healthcare provider required.
Postnatal/new mothers
Postnatal courses, mums & bubs classes, and creche services (Ferny Hills) specifically designed for postpartum recovery and community.
Injured clients
All instructors trained and experienced in providing modifications for injuries. Clearance from GP or healthcare provider required.
Busy professionals
Classes 7 days per week with early morning (5:30 AM) and evening (7:30 PM) options to fit busy schedules.
