This is our strength focused class. Designed to build power, endurance and tone. Utilising dumbbells, heavy springs and dynamic strength-focused movements, this class blends traditional Pilates technique with progressive resistance training to leave you feeling stronger, energised and in control. Prior reformer experience is recommended.
Alchemy Restore
Reformer Stretch 30 min
Unwind, lengthen, and reset in this 30-minute Reformer Stretch class. Designed to release tension and improve mobility, this gentle yet effective session focuses on slow, supported stretches using the reformer to help you move with ease. Expect deep stretches for the hips, hamstrings, spine, and shoulders, paired with mindful breathwork to leave you feeling lighter, more open, and completely refreshed.
Alchemy Energy
Hybrid Reformer 45 min
Get ready to move, sweat, and strengthen in this 45-minute Hybrid Reformer class. Blending dynamic Pilates sequences with short bursts of cardio, this energising session elevates your heart rate while building strength, control, and endurance.
