Personal one-to-one training
An initial assessment to determine your fitness level; discussion of any specific body or health issues, and the correct starting point. The same instructor each session (in normal circumstances). Each session adapted to your particular needs on that day. Work on a range of apparatus at basic, intermediate or advanced level. Advancement to new levels and apparatus as you become proficient. One-hour session. Training can be delivered to singles, duos or trios, with small mat classes by arrangement.
