Physiolates
PilatesPhysiolates includes Pilates based exercises and is a full body workout using your body as resistance, bands, balls, floor exercises & stretching. Pilates based Exercise Class taken by a Physiotherapist (Zoom online available for this class).
Better Bones & Balance (BBB)
Strength/BalanceClasses target bone strength, balance, mobility & core strength. An assessment with a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist is necessary before attending.
Hydrotherapy
HydrotherapyExercise class in warm water, non jarring exercise taken by a Physiotherapist.
