30 and 45 minute classes with instructors who explain pedal speed, resistance level and technique. Instructors focus heavily on music selection.
45 minute circuit with different timed intervals on various stations combining cardio and body weight exercises. All exercises have 2 options for beginners and advanced. Amazing for fitness, fat loss, toning and weight loss.
45 minute hybrid cardio workout including boxing and 4 cardio stations (Treadmill, Bike, Rower & Ski Erg). No burpees, push ups, or jump squats. Bring your own boxing gloves.
30 minutes of boxing with different combinations. You have your own bag the entire class. No burpees, jump squats, or push ups.
45 minute full body weight training session designed to help you become lean, toned, and strong.
1 hour yin yoga, slower and more meditative. You hold poses for 3-5 minutes to stretch and lengthen tissues while learning to breathe through discomfort.
Outdoor session on grass with mixed running drills (40m, 60m & 100m efforts) combined with battle ropes and body weight exercises. Caters for beginners, intermediate and advanced. You can walk or jog.
Outdoor workout where all fitness levels train together, each working out to a level that suits them.
40 minute run with Tribers followed by coffee.

Plenty of parking available at both locations. Note: Do not park on Woodlands Road before 7:15am Monday to Saturday (Sutherland Shire Council requirement).
