In this class you will develop a strong foundation in Reformer, setting the stage for future growth in your practice. While featuring simple, foundational movements, this class also offers challenging variations to accommodate experienced clients. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, try 2-5 Foundation classes, before progressing to Reformer Open.
Open
All levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced)· 45 minutes
Reformer Open is a mixed level class that includes a range of simple and complex exercises designed to challenge your strength, coordination, endurance, and flexibility. Each class is thoughtfully created by your instructor, offering variations, regressions, and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels. Please note that this class is NOT suitable for pregnant individuals during their second and third trimesters.

Reformer Evolve is an intermediate to advanced class designed for those ready to elevate their Reformer practice and explore their full potential. This class features progressions, intricate sequences, and heavier springs, requiring a high level of body awareness and coordination. Emphasis is placed on mastering your body and refining your form to optimize athletic performance and prevent injury. We recommend completing 4-8 weeks of regular Reformer Foundations and Reformer Open before progressing to Reformer Evolve. Please note that this class is NOT suitable for beginners, pregnant individuals, or those managing injuries.
Stretch

Reformer Stretch is a slower-paced class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Unlike our more dynamic or strength-based classes, this session focuses solely on stretching and mobility—blending dynamic and static techniques, deep holds, loaded stretching and light assisted stretching from your instructor. Incorporating breathwork and mindful movement, this class promotes relaxation while also improving functional flexibility, making everyday movement feel smoother and easier. Whether you're an athlete, a desk worker, or just feeling tight, Reformer Stretch helps your body move better and feel better. This class pairs perfectly with strength-based workouts, Pilates, and activities like running. Not suitable for pregnancy.

Cancellation policy · 4-hour window
Unlimited membership and 7-day holiday pass holders incur a $15 late cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 4 hours before class start time. Limited membership and class pass holders will forfeit their class if they cancel late (less than 4 hours before class) or do not show up. An additional $10 no-show fee applies if you do not attend class and fail to cancel. Memberships can be paused with at least 5 days' notice via email or Momence chat, and can be put on hold for up to 8 weeks per year. Medical suspensions (pregnancy, surgery, injuries, etc.) available for up to 24 weeks with a medical certificate.
