Beginner· 50 min

A focused class with emphasis on technique and control. Most suited to beginners or those new to reformer Pilates. Delivers traditional Pilates benefits including core strength and spinal mobility.

Elevate

Intermediate· 50 min

A high intensity, full body conditioning class keeping heart rate elevated throughout. Incorporates resistance training alongside advanced Pilates repertoire. Small group classes maintain focus on control and form.

Elevate: Strength

Intermediate· 50 min

Fuses precision of dynamic reformer flows with progressive overload of heavy free weights. Introduces vertical resistance (dumbbells/weighted bars) to horizontal resistance of reformer springs. Expect slow, eccentric tempos and powerful compound movements.
