Get to know their teaching style, their Allegro two Beds, Springs, equipment, body alignment and do a challenging group of Pilates exercises to get you stronger and longer.
Reformer Pilates

Flow through all planes of motion to build strong cores, healthier spines, better balance, postural improvements and fluid flexibility. This is a holistic Pilates Reformer experience. With upbeat tunes, you will burn through challenging full range of motion exercises.
Mat Pilates
mobilityExperience their signature GROUNDUP Pilates flow off the Reformer. Mat Pilates classes are fast-paced and dynamic full-body enrichment. All you need is yourself; we provide the rest – Pilates props such as the Magic Circle, dumbbells and bands, upbeat tunes and good energy. Want to take it to the next level? Try our Hot Mat Pilates in our heated room up to 35 degrees Celsius.
Flow Yoga
Our signature class featuring a strong, dynamic, and physical vinyasa flow. This class allows you to dial up or down, work at your own pace and level up your yoga practice, no matter your level of experience.
Hot Flow Yoga
flexibility, mood, resilienceTurn up the heat on your favourite GROUNDUP flow! Expect to sweat in this powerful, athletic class in a studio heated to 34 degrees. Hot Flow is a breath led vinyasa flow that allows you to explore your boundaries. It will keep you moving and use breath and heat to challenge you and leave you feeling re-energised in your body and mind.
Mellow Yoga
rest and meditation, proactive recovery from gym sessions, stretchingRemake your rest days with this slower pace of yoga that focuses on realigning and stretching the connective tissue like ligaments, tendons and fascia. You’ll hold postures for three to five minutes, creating a deep stretch. Expect to open your hips, pelvis, and spine to create space in the joints, release tension and calm the nervous system.
Barre
fitness, toning musclesBarre takes ballet as inspiration, adds a healthy dose of Pilates and a generous serve of hardcore fitness for a high intensity workout. Set to motivating music, this class combines cardio intervals with dynamic and isometric exercises using light weights, bands and balls to work arm, leg and core muscles. Barre is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
