Intro Class

Level 1 Foundation

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Continue building practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady class flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements with progressions and balance/stability challenges.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Inspiring and uplifting class with moderate to fast paced tempo. Incorporates quick transitions and advanced exercises. Focused on strength, balance and stability with dynamic challenges.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact class using Jumpboard for plyometric movement. Aerobic workout gentle on joints with quick transitions. Proven to increase bone density.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus to re-center and balance body. Reduces soreness, improves performance, decreases injury risk and increases blood flow.

Control

Intermediate

Standing leg and glute sculpting class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Uses Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Increases strength, balance, stability and functional movement.

Restore

All levels

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release using Reformer and TriggerPoint therapy. Repairs muscles and joints, reduces soreness, increases performance and reduces injury risk.
