Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
A full-body introduction to Pilates using state-of-the-art equipment. Perfect for experiencing the studio, equipment, and instructors. Complimentary for first-time visitors.
Safe and effective class focused on form and alignment to master Pilates fundamentals. Ideal for all fitness levels, easily modified for physical limitations, focuses on overall body awareness.
Builds on Level 1 with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow, introducing intermediate exercises and balance/stability challenges. Requires Level 1 Foundation experience.
Moderate to fast-paced class challenging body and mind with advanced exercises. Incorporates quick transitions, strength focus, balance and stability challenges. Requires Level 1.5 experience and instructor approval.
Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Best suited for those with mastered form and deep mind-body connection. Requires 3+ months Level 2 experience, instructor approval, and is not recommended for those with physical limitations.
Signature contemporary Reformer class with classical Pilates foundation. Strengthens and lengthens entire body while improving balance and coordination. Flows between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and more.
High-energy, low-impact class using Jumpboard for plyometric movement. Creates aerobic workout gentle on joints with customisable spring tension. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates; proven to increase bone density.
Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus to re-centre and balance the body. Helps reduce soreness, improve performance, decrease injury risk, and increase blood flow.
Standing class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Sculpts legs and glutes using Reformer, Springboard, gliding discs, fitness ball, and free weights. Enhances everyday functional strength and balance.
Combines Reformer movements with TriggerPoint™ myofascial release for muscle and joint repair. Reduces soreness, increases performance, reduces injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnant individuals.
Combines Pilates with TRX® suspension training system created by Navy SEAL. Tests Pilates body with stability challenges enhancing strength, coordination, mobility, and balance. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players, cyclists.
Heart-pumping full-body class delivered in three progressive rounds. Combines strength, mobility, and cardio across Pilates apparatus. Perfect for those seeking athletic edge and purposeful intensity.
