Mums & Bubs Reformer
Reformer pilates classes for mothers with their babies. Focus on core strength, endurance and balance for post-natal recovery, with option for babies to participate or be minded on-site. Social and supportive environment.
Mums & Bubs Circuit
Circuit classes incorporating both pilates and traditional circuit training exercises for mothers with babies. Coming soon.
