Private Session

Semi-Private Session
If you love to work out with a friend, partner or family member, semi-private classes are your perfect option. Share the studio with one other while we work through your specialised programs. Using a combination of mat, reformer, barre and small equipment such as foam rollers, arc, TRX, balance boards, weights and more.
Small Group Class
Feeling a little more social? Our small group classes are a maximum of 4 people, allowing the focus to remain on each individual while providing the ultimate, specialised workout.
