Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Reformer Basics
New to reformer? Discover why we love it in this fun 30-minute class! All of our reformer Pilates classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for EVERY body, regardless of age, shape, size, or experience. Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates classes are more dynamic and faster-paced than our Basics Reformer Pilates Class, which means you might find yourself out of breath. But don't worry, everybody works at their own pace! We'll provide options to either spice things up or cool things down, so you can always choose what feels right for you.
Athletic Reformer
Athletic Reformer Pilates is a fast-paced, high-energy cardio workout designed to get you sweaty and smiling. You'll move through two circuits of four exercises, three on the Reformer and one surprise move off the Reformer. Expect non-stop movement, big heart rates, and plenty of fun.
STRONG Reformer
Ready to try strength training? This class is the perfect place to start! We'll start with a warm-up on the Reformer to get your body moving and your muscles switched on. Then it's onto the mat for focused strength training using dumbbells. Think four sets of four exercises, 8 – 10 reps each, to keep it in that true strength-building zone.
Lift
