Reformer | Align
With Align classes, you will learn about key Pilates principles and most importantly, your own body. They aim to build confidence on the Reformer, improve coordination with a strong focus on form and technique and ultimately, develop a foundation of strength and alignment. Align classes are easily modified for those with physical limitations.
Reformer | Flow
Our Flow classes allow you to connect more deeply with your body and mind. They focus on increasing physical capability, enhancing fitness, improving strength and ultimately helping you enjoy a balanced life. Reformer Flow progresses your confidence with movement on the Reformer, incorporating balance and control. Slightly more challenging than our Align classes.
Reformer | Jumpboard
Our Reformer Jumpboard classes are inspiring and energetic classes, focusing on body awareness and endurance with some added pace. Coordinating Jumpboard movements while maintaining Pilates principles creates a dynamic challenge to elevate your capabilities on the Reformer.
Reformer | Stretch
Our one-of-a-kind Reformer Stretch helps re-center and balance your body by reducing tight and tense muscles, increasing flexibility, assisting recovery and complimenting your Pilates practice or other activities. Reformer Stretch involves light movement and deep stretching on the Reformer to leave you feeling long, loose and relaxed.
