Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Initial Consultation
$110Introduction to Pilates, the main principles and some basic exercises to practice at home. Movement assessment - learn about your body, your goals and specific needs as well as any past injuries or health concerns that may still affect you today. Specifically designed Pilates Program.
Private Class
$100Private classes are recommended for those that have complex injuries, conditions or goals. Private classes are available to those who prefer a 1:1 session and more personalised approach.
Duo classes
$100Exercise with a friend or partner. Each participant will be given individual attention and exercises. Have fun training with a friend while still getting individualised training and instruction.
Group Classes
$40Up to 4 participants in a class. Each participant will be performing their own program, specifically tailored to their needs. Perfect for pre-natal women, with programs specific to each trimester and any underlying health issues.
