Elevate builds on the foundations of our Uplift classes, with faster transitions, bigger challenges and a stronger focus on endurance, control and intensity. Using dumbbells alongside props like bands, balls and blocks, this class is for experienced movers who love to be pushed.
Stretch & Flow
ReformerNew to reformer? This is your perfect place to start. Stretch & Flow is a slow, feel-good class designed to help you learn the reformer with confidence while moving your body in the most supportive way. Your instructor will guide you through the basics, so you'll never feel lost or overwhelmed. Expect a relaxed, low-pressure vibe with simple, foundational Pilates movements that help lengthen, stretch, and gently strengthen your body. Strength

Grounded

Grounded is suitable for all levels, beginning with simple base layers before progressing into more challenging variations for regular movers.
