All classes require a reservation and must be booked online. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. To discontinue Direct Debit you are required to notify the studio in writing at least 2 weeks (14 days) notice by email. The Direct Debit must be active for 1 month prior to cancellation or suspension. If sick, unwell or injured, the studio can hold your pass but you must email at the time of illness with a doctor's letter. Suspensions on Direct Debit/yearly memberships cannot exceed 4 weeks in a 12 month period.
