A 60 minute version of the original Bikram Hot Yoga method with all 26 postures completed but with less breaks and set up times. The sequence flows while still gaining therapeutic benefit.

Sculpt Yoga

A Vinyasa flow practiced with weights, set to energising music designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. You will gain strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories.

Hot Pilates

Is the intro offer good value? The 7-day intro pass at $39 offers good value for testing classes before committing, working out to approximately $5.57 per class compared to the casual rate of $25.
Cancellation policy · 2 weeks window

All classes require a reservation and must be booked online. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. To discontinue Direct Debit you are required to notify the studio in writing at least 2 weeks (14 days) notice by email. The Direct Debit must be active for 1 month prior to cancellation or suspension. If sick, unwell or injured, the studio can hold your pass but you must email at the time of illness with a doctor's letter. Suspensions on Direct Debit/yearly memberships cannot exceed 4 weeks in a 12 month period.
