Whole Body Concert
PROGRESSIVEA full-body integrated Pilates reformer class designed for confident students with an established practice. Whole Body Concert is a progressive reformer practice focused on enhancing your strength, flexibility, stability and balance. Exercises are intelligently programmed and guided with clear, attentive and creative cueing. Expect considered challenge, rhythmic pacing and a calm, energised atmosphere. The perfect class for consistent and committed students with an interest in evolving their Pilates practice.
Unsprung Body Concert - Mat Pilates
An energising mat Pilates workout focused on developing your strength, flexibility, focus and control. Unsprung Body Concert takes your Pilates practice to the mat, where you meet gravity and your own bodyweight as resistance. Drawing on classical mat Pilates and its contemporary variations, classes move through clear and concise sequencing to build your powerhouse with energetic precision. An essential way to expand upon, challenge and complement reformer-based practices. Suitable for all levels of experience, with progressive challenges offered.
Lunch Break Body Concert
A 45-minute Pilates reformer class designed to reset posture and refresh mental energy in the middle of your day. Lunch Break Body Concert is a focused, time-efficient whole-body Pilates practice built around focused strength and flow. Classes are thoughtfully sequenced to energise and reorganise the body and succinctly restore focus for the afternoon.
Ambient Body Concert
OPENAn expertly guided ‘work-in’ that explores accessible sports science and somatic techniques in order to map and reorganise your body. Ambient Body Concert is a slower-paced, Pilates aligned movement practice to release accumulated tension and refresh your mind-body synergy. Move, unstick, glide and re-educate those areas in your body that habituate stiffness and tension from daily life. Expect carefully considered, transformative sequences using mat and/or reformer (with small props as needed) in a nurturing, exploratory environment. Suitable for anyone wanting a liberating dose of myofascial movement medicine.
Slow Flow Body Concert - Yoga
A slowed down, yoga-centered movement class for mind-body transformation. Slow Flow offers you time and space to move with inward attention through a sequence of grounding yoga asanas. This class supports stability, flexibility and nervous system down-regulation. Receive sensitive teaching guidance emphasising conscious breath and gentle flow. Suitable for anyone seeking a considered, spacious movement practice. Please note: our yoga mats are on an elevated reformer conversion and sit 22cm from the ground.
Dynamic Body Concert
INTERMEDIATEAn intermediate Pilates class focused on powerhouse control, movement integrity, balance and rhythm. Dynamic Body Concert offers a challenging mat and reformer practice that explores Joseph Pilates’ Classical repertoire with contemporary variations. Guided by Body Concert’s founding teacher Kasia, these classes will test and progress your personal Pilates practice. Expect concise spring settings, considered transitions and creative cueing to leave you feeling worked out from within. Suited to Pilates students and teachers with an established practice who enjoy being challenged.
Extended Body Concert
A once-monthly, extended Pilates reformer and mat intensive for experienced practitioners and teachers. This is a focused, small-group setting that gives participants the space to go deeper. You’ll engage with more complex Pilates material and have time to refine your technique, all while being closely guided by our senior teachers. Suitable for experienced practitioners only.
Classical Mat Masterclass
A monthly 60-minute immersion in authentic classical mat work for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Led by Romana Kryzanowska-trained teacher Sez Colakoglu, this session faithfully honors Joseph Pilates’ Contrology method through rigorous programming from the classical mat repertoire.
