Reformer Align

all levels including beginners

Focusing on traditional Pilates principles to build core strength as well as work the entire body, Reformer Align is a challenging workout within a structured, monitored environment. Including traditional mat exercises on the reformer, this class is alignment and core strength focused to build the foundations of a strong and stable body. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Reformer Flow

all levels

Blending strong Pilates and conditioning moves to strengthen and lengthen, this class allows your body to move in all planes of motions on the reformer bed. Expect balance challenges to activate and strengthen your core muscles, and flowing strength moves to challenge your entire body. Suitable for all levels.

Reformer Plus

not suitable for beginners

Active pace & more advanced exercises on the reformer, this class will get your heart rate up by challenging your entire body. With a focus on strength and larger dynamic movements, this class is energizing and challenging. Not suitable for beginners, clients with pre-existing conditions or Prenatal clients.

Reformer Stretch & Core

all levels (excluding Prenatal clients)

Luscious stretchy flows combined with core strengthening, this class allow your body to release & stretch in all planes of motion combined with core strengthening work. Focusing on movement, spinal articulation, core conditioning & achieving a full body release for your body & mind, it's a great complement to your Pilates practice. Suitable for all levels (excluding Prenatal clients)

Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates

Bring bubs along and focus on maintaining or building strength specifically for the changes in your body during and after pregnancy, our mums & bubs classes are designed for women to feel safe, supported and to feel strong and confident in their bodies during prenatal and postnatal periods. We supply complimentary baby bouncers and mats for bubs to be comfortable and safe while mum moves. Please note that Thornbury & Coburg studios are located on the first floor via stairs only.

Prenatal Pilates

Prenatal clients who are wanting to attend our general group classes post 12 weeks, it is mandatory to first attend a 1:1 pre-natal session with one of our experienced teachers before attending general group classes. Once you have completed your 1:1 prenatal session, you can attend any class on the schedule excluding Reformer Plus and Reformer Stretch & Core classes.

Studio is inclusive and unpretentious, welcoming all ages and abilities with pathways from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Maybe not for you if… Stair access may be a challenge for some as Thornbury and Coburg studios are located on the first floor via stairs only.
