ALIGN'D. (hot pilates)
hot pilatesOur signature Hot Mat Pilates class. Designed to be a dynamic, full body workout elevated by heat and intentional sequencing. Thoughtfully layered to suit all fitness levels, each class builds strength, challenges control, and supports improved alignment. Room will be heated 33-35 degrees celcius. *not pregnancy friendly*
ALIGN'D. (warm pilates)
warm pilatesOur signature warm Mat Pilates class. Designed to be a dynamic, full body workout elevated by gentle heat and intentional sequencing. Room will be heated to 25-27 degrees Celsius. Pregnancy friendly with modifications offered throughout class.
IGNITE. (hot sculpt)
Our signature hot sculpt class designed to turn up the heat. Expect spicy, fun movement sequences that challenge your endurance, elevate your heart rate and leave you seriously sweaty. Combining Pilates-inspired sculpting, low-impact cardio and full-body burn. This class is not beginner or pregnancy friendly. Room temp will be set to 31 degrees Celsius.
LOADED. (hot strength)
Slow and steady, this full body strength class is the perfect blend of Pilates and Strength training. You'll move through resistance based exercises with weighted props and simple, effective layering and super setting. Room will be heated 33-35 degrees Celsius. *not pregnancy friendly*
GROUNDED. (warm, yin yoga)
yogaYin Yoga is a slow, restorative style of yoga that focuses on holding gentle, floor-based poses for several minutes to target the body's deeper connective tissues like joints, ligaments, and fascia.
NURTURE. (mummy & me)
postnatalA gentle, mat-based Pilates class designed to support your postnatal recovery while allowing you to move alongside your baby. This class is also pregnancy friendly through all trimesters. We focus on building and maintaining core strength, improving posture, and restoring mobility through controlled, low-impact movement.
