Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Orientation Workout
Compulsory first classThe first class you'll take with us is the Orientation Workout. This allows us to get to know you a little better, ensuring that your workouts with us are as effective as possible based on your needs — right from the start. The class will be 40-minutes long, including a great workout!
Reformer Workout
Transform your entire body with 40-minute Reformer Pilates workouts. Our classes are designed by Physiotherapists with scientifically-sequenced exercises to increase your strength, muscle tone, posture and overall fitness from head to toe. SPTVs provide you with a visual demonstration of each exercise, along with audio voiceover to coach you through our classes.
