Clinical Pilates (Core, Strength & Mobility)
CSMCSM is a Pilates-style class that embodies low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and balance training. We create individualised programs specific to your functional goals and/or musculoskeletal concerns. This can be done using the Pilates equipment (reformer, trapeze table, exercise ball etc.) in a CSM Studio class or in the form of a Mat Class, utilising bodyweight and minimal equipment.
