Pilates Fusion
All levels
A dynamic full-body workout built on the foundations of Mat Pilates that blends with elements of Barre, functional strength training, and kettlebell flows. Using a variety of props including sliders, resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, Pilates circles, and balls, suitable for all levels and all abilities. This is not just a class that builds core strength but one that will also work you from head to toe!
