Springboard Classes

all levels· 50 minutes

Inline Pilates is the first Studio in Brisbane to offer Springboard classes, setting a new standard in Pilates training. Unlike the reformer, springboards challenge each limb to work independently, enhancing balance & core stability; identify and correct muscle imbalances for a more symmetrical, balanced body; adjustable for all levels. Full-body workout that tones, lengthens, and sculpts, with superior core strength. Small class sizes (max 5) for personalised attention.

Strength Circuit

A high-intensity, strength-focused group fitness class designed to increase strength and endurance, and boost your metabolism. In this fast-paced circuit, participants rotate through a series of challenging exercises targeting all major muscle groups, using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements.

Power Circuit

all fitness levels· 50 minutes

With modifications available for all fitness levels, Power Circuit offers a full-body workout that helps improve strength, tone, and overall fitness in just 50 minutes. BYO Towel and water!

Privates and Duos

55 minutes

Inline Pilates offer Private and Duo classes for those with injuries who need special attention to detail in their practice, or those looking for some one-on-one strength training. These classes have specific exercises designed just for you. You will be working on all Pilates equipment from The Reformer, Wunda chair, The Tower system, Springboard, plus all of the Pilates props.

Pilates With Props - Mat Group Classes

45 minutes

Props are a great way to add variety and challenge to your body and allow you to explore new ways to go deeper into each exercise. These classes utilise TheraBand's, rollers, hand weights, magic circles and balls to provide extra resistance. Low impact exercises are guided by a highly experienced teacher. Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
