Reformer Pilates Foundations
Reformer classes are a fantastic way to improve body awareness, strength and flexibility whilst having fun. Using the Reformer you will work on balance, breath, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. A 1 on 1 initial consult is recommended if you are new to reformer, had a long break from reformer, or if you are injured or have a health condition. The Reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility.
Studio Strength

These classes are designed for anyone seeking; a tailored program to work on their goals, injury management, health condition management, or just looking for more exercise independence and assistance with form. 'Initial consultation' required prior to attending.
Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
In our small group Vinyasa yoga class, practitioners flow through dynamic movements synced with breath, guided by an experienced teacher. Sessions start with centering exercises, then transition seamlessly through flowing sequences. Deep, mindful breathing enhances the connection between mind, body, and breath. Teachers offer variations for all levels, ensuring accessibility and challenge. The class ends with relaxation, leaving participants feeling rejuvenated and centered.
